Pro 90 is a single payment for 90 days of access plus 300 AI credits. It is not a subscription. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
Within 14 days of buying Pro 90 you can refund it from inside the app, in one click, with no form and no questions. Your tracker, checklists and history stay exactly as they are — you keep everything you wrote. After 14 days, email us and we will look at it.
In the marketplace, an application is only charged when there is proof it was submitted and you have confirmed that proof. No proof, no charge — the credit returns to your balance automatically. If you reject an applier’s work with a reason, you are not charged and we take no fee either.
We do not promise you a job, an interview, or any particular result. Published research puts the median at around 863 applications per offer. Anyone promising you an outcome is guessing.
Everything our AI features produce is a draft for you to read and edit. We compare AI-written CVs and letters against your original CV and show you anything that does not appear in it. That check catches invented names, employers, qualifications and numbers; it cannot catch every possible inaccuracy. You are responsible for what you send under your own name. Please read it.
We do not auto-submit applications. We do not log into your LinkedIn, your email, or any employer’s system, and neither do appliers — it violates those services’ terms and we will not ask you for those credentials. If an application needs your own login, we hand it back to you to finish with the documents prepared.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You are paid per verified application, per verified interview, and a flat bonus on a placement. A candidate can reject work with a written reason; you are not paid for rejected work and we take no fee on it. We review rejection patterns. There is no formal appeal process yet — if you believe a rejection was wrong, contact us and we will look at it. Never log in as a candidate under any circumstances.
Do not use ApplyVerified to misrepresent someone’s experience, apply on behalf of a person who has not asked you to, or submit content you do not have the right to submit.
We will note the date at the top when these terms change. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
